Campbell Point Marina features more than 280 wet slips designed for vessels from 24-80ft (seven to 24 metres), along with fuel services, boat rentals and on-site retail offerings.

TopSide Marinas plans to expand the marina’s capacity in spring 2026 by adding 50 wet slips to help meet demand and improve access for boaters on the lake. The new berths will be built by its in-house dock building partner, James River Dock Services.

Table Rock Lake is a freshwater destination in the Midwest, covering more than 40,000 acres with over 800 miles of shoreline. It supports boating, fishing and other outdoor activities.

Ryan Skiles, regional vice president at TopSide Marinas, said: “Campbell Point Marina represents everything we look for in a property like an established, family-friendly destination with a strong reputation and a dedicated boating community. The marina’s ideal location and robust amenities make it a perfect fit within TopSide’s mission to create memorable waterfront experiences. We look forward to investing in the marina’s continued success while preserving its local character and enhancing the experience for guests.”

Gene and Nancy Stimble, who previously owned the marina, stated: “Owning and operating Campbell Point Marina has been incredibly rewarding, and we’re deeply grateful to the boaters and community who made it what it is today. We believe TopSide Marinas is the right partner to carry that legacy forward and continue delivering a great experience for future generations.”

TopSide Marinas has been expanding its network of marinas across the United States. The latest acquisition comes after its expansion into Michigan in February 2026 with Bay Harbor Marina, following its November 2025 purchase of Pikes Bay Marina in Wisconsin.
