SVN Marinas is marketing Cedar Creek Marina, a full-service marina and boat dealership in Milford, Delaware, for $3.6 million USD. The 25.37-acre property is located in the Slaughter Beach area, near the Mispillion Inlet, and provides access to Delaware Bay for recreational boating and fishing.
Cedar Creek Marina has about 60,180sqft (5,590sqm) of facilities, most of which is occupied by a 55,680sqft (5,173sqm) dry-stack storage facility. Originally built in 1990 to accommodate approximately 225 vessels, the facility provides storage services for boats up to 30ft in length. The property also has a 3,000sqft (279sqm) marine service workshop and 1,500sqft (139sqm) of retail space.
In addition to boat storage, Cedar Creek Marina earns revenue from new and pre-owned boat sales, fueling, mechanical repairs and marine retail. Customers can also access valet-style launching and retrieval, custom rigging, electronics installation, outboard maintenance and vessel preparation at the site.
