Grafton Harbor Marina is located along the Mississippi and Illinois Rivers and is used by regional and long-distance boaters. The marina offers 154 covered slips and more than 150 uncovered slips. The site includes a breakwater system and onsite operations such as sunset cruises, a winery, a floating bar, a ship shop and a restaurant.

In a message, founders Joe and Jan DeSherlia stated: “The past 20 years have truly been a whirlwind of excitement, adventure and memories we will cherish forever. We are deeply grateful for each of you – our friends, our extended family and the heart of Graftin Harbor. Serving you has been one of the greatest privileges of our lives.”

The DeSherlias also announced the incoming owners: “We are thrilled to introduce the new owners, Josh, Dallas and Rachel. With new docks on the horizon – and a few surprises they can’t wait to share – we know you will feel their dedication and love for this place immediately.”

According to their statement, the couple plans to remain part of the marina community as slip holders.

The transaction comes after the acquisition of Xtreme Cove Marina in Oklahoma and the August purchases of Kentucky-based Kuttawa Harbor Marina and Green River Marina.
