Xtreme Cove Marina in Oklahoma has been acquired by New Haven Marinas, adding another waterfront property to its US portfolio. The transaction brings the operator’s total holdings to seven marinas across four states.

The marina is located on Lake Eufaula, a recreational destination with shoreline and seasonal tourism activity. It is about one hour south of Tulsa and 1.5 hours from Oklahoma City, which supports visitor access from both metropolitan areas.
Xtreme Cove Marina has more than 400 wet slips and ranks as the second-largest property currently operated by New Haven Marinas. Facilities on the property include a ship store, two restaurants, a gas dock and boat rental services.
The transaction included the marina’s business operations and a long-term land lease. Kyle Peterson and George Waidelich of Marina Brokerage Advisors represented the seller.
New Haven Marinas noted that the acquisition reflects the marina’s size, infrastructure and multiple revenue sources. The company plans to increase slip capacity and improve infrastructure, customer service and site operations.
