New Haven Marinas has announced the acquisition of Kuttawa Harbor Marina, located on Lake Barkley in Kentucky, further extending its footprint in the state. The marina is recognised for its full occupancy and established amenities.
Kuttawa Harbor Marina overlooks Lake Barkley’s main channel and offers annual covered slips ranging from seven to 30 metres (24 to 100ft) in length. Facilities include fuel services with octane petrol, a paved launch ramp and transient dock slips. The site also hosts Hu-B’s restaurant, a well-known local dining spot that offers a weekend breakfast buffet, waterview meals, live music on weekend evenings and seasonal events such as holiday fireworks.
The acquisition follows New Haven Marinas’ recent purchase of Green River Marina in Kentucky on 5 August 2025, marking the company’s continued growth in the region. The latest purchase is the sixth in the company’s expanding portfolio, which already includes several marinas across Tennessee and Missouri.
Plans for Kuttawa Harbor Marina include adding over 60 new slips and expanding short-term rental options to meet increasing demand.
