Tamarack Resort has opened bookings for seasonal marina slips at its new facility on Lake Cascade in Idaho from 30 March 2026.

The marina sits within the Poison Creek Unit of Lake Cascade State Park and can accommodate vessels up to 30ft (nine metres) in length. The 2026 season runs from 22 May to 7 September, with seasonal slips priced at $3,000 USD.
Alongside moorage, the marina includes on-water fuel service and a cabana offering retail items and equipment hire. Visitors can access both motorised and non-motorised watercraft, including pontoon boats, kayaks, paddleboards and catamarans. The site also features a designated swimming area, beachfront access and a sand volleyball court.
Limited day-use and overnight moorage may also be offered to campers staying within the wider Lake Cascade State Park system.
In September 2025, the resort broke ground on the marina, which now adds lake access to its existing activities. Tamarack Resort spans around 3,600 acres and is located about 90 miles north of Boise, with activities including skiing, golf, hiking and mountain biking.
Scott Turlington, president of Tamarack Resort, said: “This is the type of addition that continues to shape Tamarack into the kind of resort experience we’ve always envisioned. Creating more ways for our guests and homeowners to connect with the outdoors, whether on the mountain, the golf course, or now the lake, is what this place is all about.”
