ORA Developers has appointed D-Marin as marina consultant for BAYN, its flagship coastal development in Ghantoot between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, to support the marina’s design and provide market insights for the project.
The 204-berth marina will anchor a wider development planned along one of the Arabian Gulf’s last undeveloped coastlines. Plans also include residential neighbourhoods, a beachfront, a resort, schools, a medical centre, leisure and wellness facilities, as well as retail and dining outlets, with more than 55 percent of the site dedicated to open spaces and greenery.
D-Marin, which operates Al Seef, Jaddaf Waterfront, Marasi Bay, Marsa Al Arab and Port De La Mer in the UAE, will provide market knowledge and technical advice for the project, covering feasibility studies and customer analysis, alongside research into regional and local trends in yacht ownership, charter activity, marina usage, tourism patterns and seasonal demand.
