SVN Commercial Partners has relaunched the sale of Fishermen’s Village, a waterfront mixed-use property located in Punta Gorda, Florida.

The property features a permitted 142-slip wet marina with upland development rights. Retail and office components extend across more than 97,000sqft (more than 9,000sqm). Five waterfront restaurant venues operate within the development and continue to trade at full occupancy.
In addition to the marina and commercial space, the site includes 47 waterfront hotel apartment suites, each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fishermen’s Village sits between Sarasota and Naples and has regional access through four airports that support both domestic and international travel.
The relaunch marks the second attempt to transact the asset since July 2024. The previous campaign did not conclude in 2025 due to issues connected to Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
The sale reopened on 5 January 2026 through a structured call for offers process. Submissions must be received by 27 February 2026. The process allows proposals to be reviewed before the deadline if pricing and terms meet requirements.
