Marina Port Valencia is advancing its phased redevelopment as new areas across the waterfront progress, with Marina City now complete and beginning operations alongside further works planned for Marina Norte and wider public space improvements.

Marina City is the inner basin located in the most sheltered section of the port that has been designed to accommodate vessels between 12 and 130 metres in length. It also includes a central pontoon with berths starting from 15 metres and offers services such as fuel, security and on-site parking.
In Marina Norte, a restaurant is scheduled to open in the former Panorama building, alongside planned office buildings where construction is due to start to support business activities on the waterfront.
A green corridor is set to link Marina Norte, Marina City and Marina Sur through a continuous landscaped route for walking and cycling, with the design developed by GM Paisajistas in coordination with ERRE Arquitectura, and led by Gustavo Marina and his team.
