PORT 32 Palm Beach Gardens has opened pre-leasing as construction continues on its marina redevelopment in northern Palm Beach County, with completion scheduled for December 2026.

The marina is located between Jupiter Inlet and Palm Beach Inlet and offers direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Palm Beach International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away, and the Bahamas are 56 nautical miles from the site.

The project is a ground-up redevelopment by PORT 32 Marinas, LLC, a Charleston, South Carolina-based marina owner and operator. The facility will include 471 slips in total, made up of 451 fully enclosed dry storage slips and 20 wet slips.

Dry storage will accommodate vessels up to 60ft (18 metres) in length and 22ft (seven metres) in height. The 20 wet slips are designed for vessels between 50 and 100ft (15 and 30 metres). Transient dockage will also be available.

The marina has been designed to meet Category 5 hurricane standards. It will offer haul-out, launch and provisioning services, supported by forklifts capable of lifting up to 75,000 pounds. An on-site ship store and fuelling station will serve vessels alongside the dock.

The property will also feature approximately 31,296sqft (2,907sqm) of commercial space dedicated to marine services and boat sales. On-site amenities will include parking, electric vehicle charging stations, security and remote-controlled access gates.

Austin Schell, CEO of PORT 32 Marinas, said: “We are thrilled to begin pre-leasing for PORT 32 Palm Beach Gardens. This marina is more than a place to dock a boat – it’s the starting point for memorable days on the water and the lifestyle that comes with them.”

He added: “PORT 32 Palm Beach Gardens was built for the next generation of boaters. From storage and technology to service and design, every detail was created to simplify the boating experience – more time with friends and family on the water, and less time getting there.”
