Construction at Legendary Marina Resort Blue Water Cay continues to move forward, with significant progress being made on the development of its dry storage facility. The steel structure is taking shape, marking a milestone in phase one of the marina’s development. The facility is a component of the resort, offering storage for vessels year-round, especially during hurricane season.

In addition to the dry storage facility, other infrastructure is also progressing at the marina. The guardhouse and shipstore are being developed, helping to bring the marina’s vision to life. The installation of aluminium docks for wet slip docking is also nearing completion. The docks are designed to accommodate larger vessels, with slips capable of housing boats up to 40-metres (130-feet) in phase one and up to 67-metres (220-feet) in phase two.

The dry storage facility will be able to securely store boats up to 17-metres (55-feet) in length and is engineered to withstand Category 5 hurricane wind speeds. Phase one will also introduce a range of on-site amenities, including a tiki bar, café and additional services.

As construction continues, Legendary Marina Resort Blue Water Cay is steadily advancing towards becoming a marina destination.
