Tarpon Point Marina in Cape Coral, Florida, has unveiled expanded facilities with new slips and dock extensions within the waterfront community shared with The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village.

Tarpon Point Marina has added extensions to its G and H docks and a newly constructed I Dock, with 46 new slips and pump-out access. The marina now has more than 260 slips overall and can accommodate vessels up to 85ft (26 metres), with arrangements available for those up to 120ft (37 metres). Other services include gas and diesel fuel and kayak and paddleboard rentals.
The new facilities are expected to give boaters more docking options when visiting the marina and its waterfront businesses. “This expansion strengthens Tarpon Point’s position as a premier destination along Florida’s Gulf Coast. Whether guests are arriving by land or by water, we are creating more opportunities than ever to experience everything this remarkable waterfront community has to offer,” said Stephanie St. Romain, general manager of Tarpon Point Marina.

Located along the Caloosahatchee River, the marina provides access to Gulf beaches, saltwater and freshwater canals, as well as nearby Sanibel and Captiva islands. The waterfront community also includes the Promenade at Tarpon Point, where shops, restaurants and dining areas sit close to the marina.
The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village has also introduced a dock & stay package, allowing guests to book accommodation and a boat slip at the marina as part of their stay. “At The Westin Cape Coral, we believe some of life’s best moments happen on the water. The expansion of Tarpon Point Marina strengthens the connection between our resort and the vibrant waterfront community that surrounds it. Whether guests arrive by car or by boat, they can experience the unique blend of relaxation, recreation, dining and waterfront well-being that makes this destination unlike anywhere else on Florida’s Gulf Coast,” said Robert Nokley, general manager of The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village.
