Sales SpA, part of the Zambernardi Group, operates in the construction and management of recreational boating infrastructure. Its involvement marks the start of a major renewal of the port area, planned in accordance with the Port Master Plan and modern sustainability and innovation standards.

The redevelopment aims to deliver both environmental and community benefits. This includes the installation of energy-efficient systems, water recovery technologies and low-impact materials. Intelligent flow management will also be introduced to optimise the use of space and services.
