Leisure Property Advisors of Colliers is offering Surfside Marina in Texas for sale. The property is located within the Houston Metropolitan Statistical Area, around 65 miles south of downtown Houston along the Texas Gulf Coast.
The marina provides direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and covers 31.17 acres across two sites. This includes the main area of 29.57 acres and a second parcel of 1.60 acres known as Barn C / Gulf Coast Marina.
Facilities include 312 indoor dry storage racks, 38 wet slips, capacity for more than 80 trailers across indoor and outdoor storage areas, along with 69 storage lockers and 20 RV pads with full utility hookups.
About 2,000sqft (186 sqm) of retail space is also part of the asset and was previously used for boat dealership operations. The listing also allows for the potential development of additional dry storage within the existing site.
Leisure Property Advisors said the marina has shown steady performance in recent years, supported by multiple income sources and continued demand.
