Built in 2011 by Golden Giant, Inc., the marina was designed to withstand hurricane-force winds of up to 140mph. For almost 15 years, it has served as a central hub for boaters in the Aransas Pass area, offering direct access to Redfish Bay and routes to Port Aransas Pass.

Spanning 5,481sqm, the facility offers more than 200 indoor boat racks, 20 wet slips, a marina office, a full-service ship store and a waterfront restaurant. On-site fuelling, an event pavilion, staging dockage and forklifts support day-to-day operations in the marina.

David Kendall stated: “Redfish Bay Boat House is a flagship asset on the Texas coast, built to the highest standards and deeply embedded in the local boating community. It was a privilege to represent the seller and facilitate a smooth transition to a new owner who shares a long-term vision for growth and stewardship.”

The new owners plan to continue developing the marina’s operations to uphold its role as a key destination for dry storage and recreational boating in the region.

SVN Marinas focuses exclusively on the sale, acquisition and development of marinas, marine properties and related businesses. Recent transactions include Ashley Marine, LLC acquiring L&M Marine in Alabama and Florida in October 2025, with Kendall advising the seller. In September 2025, Harbor Lights, a 70-acre leisure and hospitality property in Rhode Island, was sold off-market, with SVN Marinas representing the buyer.
