Raunautica, a subsidiary of RNY Global focused on marina and yacht club management, has signed a partnership with M3 Monaco, which develops and manages marinas and luxury waterfront destinations. The agreement aims to work on technical cooperation, knowledge exchange and marina development practices to improve standards in Egypt’s marina and yacht tourism sector.

Held during an official ceremony in Monaco, the agreement was signed by Eng. Walid Daabes, chairman of RNY Global, and José Marco Casellini, chief executive officer of M3 Monaco. Amr El Rachidi, consul general of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Marseille, attended the ceremony alongside representatives from the yachting and marine investment sector.

The partnership includes the exchange of technical and managerial expertise and the use of established international practices in marina development and day-to-day operations. It also focuses on improving quality standards, sustainability and innovation, which contribute to the growth in the marina and yacht tourism sector.

Eng. Walid Daabes said the agreement reflects continued cooperation with international partners and supports efforts to share expertise in the Egyptian market, in line with wider plans to develop the blue economy and strengthen the country’s marine and tourism potential.

He added that Raunautica currently manages Marassi Marina on Egypt’s North Coast and is planning expansion into marina and waterfront projects locally and across other Middle East markets.
