Gåshaga Marina, situated on the eastern coast of Lidingö Island near Stockholm, has been acquired by European marina operator Port Adhoc. The purchase follows the group’s acquisition of Svinninge Marina.

Founded in 2002, the marina provides moorings, maintenance and winter storage for local boaters. Over the years, it added a shipyard and additional technical services.

The marina accommodates both motorboats and sailing vessels, and many owners use it as a starting point for trips into the Stockholm archipelago, particularly for short and medium-length journeys.

During the summer, around 300 berths are available, while winter storage can accommodate about 180 boats. Options include outdoor areas and indoor sheds, suitable for different types of monohull vessels.

Launching and moving vessels is managed with a Roodberg trailer capable of handling vessels up to 40 tonnes, while MICAB Marin provides engine maintenance across all major brands. The marina also serves as a local waterfront area, with a restaurant and seasonal café on site, and coastal walking paths and a small beach available to visitors.

With this acquisition, Gåshaga Marina joins Port Adhoc’s European network, which manages 15 sites across France, the Netherlands and Sweden, with more than 12,000 berths in total.
