Following a multi-year redevelopment, Integra Marinas has officially opened the Four Fish Yacht Club and Marina, a waterfront property in Jensen Beach on Florida’s Treasure Coast. 

Four Fish Yacht Club and Marina sits on Indian River Drive along the Intracoastal Waterway, serving local and transient boaters between Fort Pierce and West Palm Beach. Legacy Marine and Pocket Yacht Company operate at the marina, providing brokerage, boat sales and boating services on site.

The mix of operators now works alongside a fully enclosed dry stack facility built to Category 5 hurricane-resistant standards, with 141 spaces for vessels up to 45ft (14 metres). The marina also has 50 wet berths for vessels up to 85ft (26 metres) with a maximum draft of eight feet (two metres), as well as more than 600ft (183 metres) of floating docks for transient vessels. Completing the facilities are 22 boat lifts and a dedicated floating fuel dock, along with boat and trailer storage, pump-out services, a marina store and concierge services.

Integra Marinas, the marina portfolio of Miami-based real estate investment and development firm Integra Investments, has other properties in Miami, the Florida Keys, Tampa Bay and Rhode Island. It was in 2022 when the firm, together with investment partner BLG Capital Advisors, acquired the property then known as Four Fish Inn and Marina, setting the stage for its multi-year redevelopment.
