Ocean Marina Jomtien has been named ‘Best Marina in Asia’ at the Yacht Style Awards, held at ONE°15 Marina in Singapore ahead of the Singapore Yachting Festival. The accolade highlights the Thai marina’s presence in the region’s yachting scene and its continued service and infrastructure.
Situated along the Gulf of Thailand, Ocean Marina Jomtien features over 450 fully equipped berths for vessels up to 75-metres. The marina serves as a hub for marine tourism and yachting activities in the region, offering facilities designed for everything from small runabouts to large vessels.
The marina features 12 arms and a grand pier, all safeguarded by a double wave-breaker system. Alongside in-water berths, Ocean Marina provides both trailer and hardstand covered storage for up to 200 boats.
The award pays tribute to the vision of founder Khun Kris Assakul, who aimed to establish Ocean Marina as one of Asia’s yachting destinations. In a statement, the marina expressed appreciation to its community: “To our members, boat owners, tenants and partners—thank you for your ongoing trust and support. You’ve helped shape Ocean Marina into the vibrant, welcoming community we are so proud of.”
