The new forklift will enable the marina team to handle more boats efficiently, supporting the growing demand for dry stack storage. Designed for motorboats and RIBs up to nine metres, the dry stack offers a practical alternative to traditional berthing.

Dry stack storage at Noss on Dart has proven popular for its convenience and cost-effectiveness. By keeping vessels out of the water when not in use, the service upgrades fuel efficiency, reduces the need for antifouling and supports long-term hull care.

Set on the banks of the River Dart, Noss on Dart features a 232-berth floating marina and is a flagship location in Premier Marinas’ portfolio. Since acquiring the 37-acre site in 2016, the company, backed by the Wellcome Trust, has delivered a major redevelopment. The project included infrastructure upgrades, culminating in the official opening of the new marina and boatyard in May 2023.
