In Perth, work continues on the Pier 21 redevelopment, valued at about $12 million AUD ($8.4 million USD). The project includes Superior Elite pontoons and Mega Elite wave attenuation T-head systems designed for use in marine conditions that require stability and long service life.

The partnership is also progressing a combined $4.7 million AUD ($3.2 million USD) project involving the replacement of a fixed jetty at Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour and the construction of a new boat ramp pontoon at Woodman Point for community and commercial marine users.

Marine Structures is known for its pontoon design, engineering and manufacturing used in marina and waterfront projects in Australia and overseas, while JMC brings decades of experience in marine construction, piling and fabrication, supported by local facilities and knowledge of coastal conditions.

Their collaboration established local manufacturing of concrete and aluminium pontoon systems in the region and is now supporting a range of marine infrastructure projects, including the development of a marine facility for the Federal Government.
