Restoration work at Dunedin Marina in Florida continues as the city commission awarded a construction bid on 17 July 2025 to repair the damaged seawall. According to the city of Dunedin, construction is scheduled to begin by late summer 2025 and conclude in early 2026.

The marina, which sustained widespread damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton, remains closed for public access in several areas. While all slip holders have now been permitted to return, the boat ramp will remain closed. The city has stated it will re-evaluate ramp access once construction begins on the more severely damaged areas and the marina basin is fully repopulated.
In June 2025, the marina officially reopened to the public while remaining under active repair, following several months of closure.
Stabilisation efforts on Docks A and B were completed earlier in 2025, while the replacement of both docks with floating structures is scheduled for 2027. The fire suppression system is fully operational, and installation of new shore power pedestals is ongoing, with completion expected by the end of July 2025.

Slip renters returning to the marina must sign new agreements with the city. Rental fees remain consistent with pre-hurricane rates, and 2025 parking permits will be available for purchase upon return.
Dunedin marina comprises 192 slips, including 170 recreational spaces, nine commercial, six municipal, six day docks and one designated disabled pick-up/drop-off point. Slip sizes range from eight to 18 metres (25-60 ft).
