An online sale of more than 280 berths at Marina di Pisa in Italy is taking place under the supervision of the Court of Pisa, with bids open until 22 April 2026. The auction is part of an insolvency proceeding, in which assets are sold to address outstanding debt and maintain operations.

According to a report by SVN SoloVelaNet, Marina di Pisa opened in 2013 as part of a €200 million (about $221 million USD) development, but financial difficulties followed within a few years.
By 2016, the developer, Boccadarno Porto di Pisa S.p.A., had debts exceeding €100 million (around $110 million). In 2017 and 2018, the Court of Pisa opened formal insolvency proceedings to allow the marina to remain operational while assets were prepared for sale.
The current auction includes 263 berths classified as freehold and 22 under state concession. The offering also includes 270 parking spaces and 12 garages.
The entire process takes place online through authorised judicial platforms.
