Marina del Odiel, a recently developed marina on the Huelva coastline, has officially joined Marinas de Andalucía, marking the association’s 19th member. This move strengthens the network of marinas across Andalusia and the association’s footprint along the western coast of the region.

Currently, the marina operates with 260 berths in its northern basin. The facility’s southern basin is scheduled for construction in 2026, which would increase the marina’s total capacity to 400 berths. Alongside mooring expansion, the project includes a 7,000 square-metre commercial area aimed at supporting dining, leisure and retail services, and a 10,000 square-metre dry dock for vessel repair and maintenance.

The marina’s existing facilities feature a refuelling station, security, technical support and parking spaces. The marina’s approach centres on delivering an accessible environment with an emphasis on service quality and sustainability.

Marinas de Andalucía offers more than 9,000 berths and now connects 19 marinas and yacht clubs along the southern Spanish coastline, from Huelva to Almería. The association’s board continues to encourage the inclusion of new members, aiming to enhance cooperation among ports and promote Andalusia as a sustainable nautical destination in the Mediterranean.
