M3 Monaco and LUCA DINI Design & Architecture have announced a partnership dedicated to the development of marinas, waterfronts and nautical destinations worldwide.

The agreement combines M3 Monaco’s advisory work in marina strategy, operations, governance and long-term asset performance with LUCA DINI Design & Architecture’s experience in superyacht design, architecture and urban planning.

The partnership is intended to support public authorities, investors, port operators and development agencies in planning and managing marina and waterfront assets. The scope includes market analysis, feasibility studies, regulatory and institutional advisory, ESG compliance, masterplanning, architectural design, economic planning, governance advisory and long-term asset optimisation.

The firms aim to help destinations preserve their identity and respond to current expectations in the yachting and waterfront sector. The partnership will also assist marinas and yacht clubs seeking alignment with recognised standards, including the La Belle Classe Destinations certification framework established in 2011 by the Yacht Club de Monaco to promote standards in facilities, services, events and destination management.

Bernard d’Alessandri, secretary general of Yacht Club de Monaco, said: “Monaco has long been a reference in global yachting. Initiatives such as this partnership contribute to extending that legacy through ambitious developments worldwide.”

Luca Dini, founder and CEO of LUCA DINI Design & Architecture, commented: “As global investment turns toward marinas and waterfronts, this partnership places us at the forefront of an expanding market. Together, we are ready to guide investors and institutions through a transformational decade for the nautical sector.”

José Marco Casellini, CEO of M3 Monaco, added: “We share a vision: marinas must evolve into dynamic, sustainable and high-performing destinations. This alliance enables us to deliver that evolution with unmatched depth of expertise.”
