Tla’amin Resorts and Accommodations Inc. (TRAI) is inviting expressions of interest (EOIs) from experienced resort management companies, hospitality operators or operator teams to manage the Lund Resort & Marina. The property is located in the village of Lund, on British Columbia’s northern Sunshine Coast.
The resort operates year-round and includes a 31-room hotel with guest services, a restaurant, pub and banquet facilities. It also features a marina with fuel dock and long-term moorage, a retail store, surface parking and leased commercial units.
TRAI is seeking operators with proven hospitality and lodging management experience, the ability to oversee multi-unit operations including hotel, marina and retail, and strong financial and administrative skills. Operators must also demonstrate cultural awareness, willingness to participate in Tla’amin cultural training, and the capacity to live onsite or provide onsite management coverage.
