The UK marina network Premier Marinas has announced that they have delivered more than 37,000 complimentary visitor nights to berth holders during the current berthing year.

Between 1 October 2025 and 26 August 2026, overall visitor nights across the Premier network were up 39 percent compared with the same period last year. The complimentary stays represent an estimated equivalent value of more than £1.6 million to customers, based on the average amount paid for a visitor night at each marina during the period.

The rise in usage follows a significant expansion of Premier's network over the past 12 months. Deacons, East Cowes, Haslar, Portland and Weymouth joined the network following Premier's acquisition of Boatfolk in September 2025, while Dartmouth was added following the acquisition of the Dart Marina Group in April 2026.

Annual berth holders at Premier Marinas can use up to 42 complimentary visitor nights across the network, alongside unlimited day visits, as part of the Premier Advantage package. Other benefits include fuel at cost, an annual Boatyard Reward, up to eight weeks' storage ashore, and a berthing loyalty reward that reduces contract renewal costs, among other perks.

Andrew Lewis, sales and marketing director at Premier Marinas, said the figures reflect the company's long-standing goal of turning the scale of its network into tangible customer value.

"Our aim has always been to make the scale of the Premier network translate into real value for our berth holders," Lewis said. "The £1.6 million of complimentary visitor berthing used this year shows just how much additional value customers can get from being part of that network."

Lewis continued: "We want Premier berth holders to feel that being part of the network gives them something genuinely different. That means great facilities and service at their home marina, but also the ability to make use of a wider cruising network and access benefits that add real value throughout the year."

"The network growth this year extends what customers can get from their berth, and we'll continue investing in the marinas, teams and services that make that proposition even stronger."

The figures are being released ahead of the Southampton International Boat Show, taking place from 18 to 27 September 2026, where Premier Marinas will be exhibiting and welcoming berth holders, boat owners and members of the wider marine industry.
