Latitude Marinas, a waterfront hospitality and marina operations company, has been appointed to manage Harbor Island Beach Club in Melbourne Beach, Florida, under an agreement covering the marina, club membership, pool facilities and beach access amenities.
Harbor Island Beach Club sits between the Indian River Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean on Florida’s Space Coast. Close to Sebastian Inlet and Cocoa Beach, it has a private marina with 42 slips and direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway. The club also provides private beach access, a swimming pool and shaded community cabanas.
Phoenix Park is behind the development, with divisions focused on custom home building, modern home design and real estate development. The company specialises in riverfront and coastal construction, including environmental barriers and waterfront homes.
Latitude Marinas, which works with marina, resort and waterfront property owners through management, consulting and advisory services, will work alongside the club’s ownership to support the management of the property and the long-term plans for the club and marina.
