KDI Holdings has launched La Tien Villa in North Nha Trang, Vietnam, a gated development of 668 villas featuring a private and international-standard marina. The project is co-developed with Masterise Homes and combines residential living with cultural venues and landscaped green areas.
Located along the extended Tran Phu Street, the villa compound lies between Co Tien Mountain and Jade Bay. The villas are designed as “breathing houses”, with open fronts and rears. The development includes six product types, eight typical layouts and six architectural styles, all furnished in a modern Wabi Sabi style.
Amenities include a convention centre with a beach club, a Boutique House commercial street and a landscaped Flower Slope inspired by San Francisco’s Lombard Street. Sports and recreational facilities include an indoor-outdoor complex with four pickleball courts, a children’s play area and two swimming pools. A healing centre and clinic is planned in partnership with a brand from Singapore.
Cultural elements are part of the design, as the Music Square can accommodate up to 5,000 spectators and features a 20-metre Vietnamese Bronze Drum structure alongside eight sculptures of traditional musical instruments. The space is intended for national and international events.
The partnership with Masterise Homes covers architectural vision, material selection and consultancy on the amenity system. KDI Holdings emphasises a nature-led approach, with a construction density of 19.52% and over 13,000sqm dedicated to green areas and water features.
