Four Fish Yacht Club & Marina in Martin County, Florida, has begun accepting deposits as construction progresses on its large-scale expansion, part of a redevelopment that will modernise one of the Treasure Coast’s waterfront properties.

Located between Fort Pierce and West Palm Beach, the marina currently features 35 wet slips for vessels up to 90ft (27 metres) in length and spans approximately nine acres.
The expansion will include a hurricane-rated dry storage facility capable of housing 141 vessels, 12 new wet slips and 22 30,000-pound (13,600kg) boat lifts. Other upgrades feature modern restrooms, showers, laundry amenities and a waterfront tiki bar and restaurant.
Construction is progressing with the first new boat lifts expected to be available by 1 January 2026. The new wet slips are due for completion in the first quarter of 2026 and the dry stack storage facility is scheduled to open in the third quarter.

“This project represents an exciting new chapter for Four Fish Marina. We’re creating a facility that combines safety, convenience and community, offering boaters an exceptional place to gather and enjoy the waterfront,” said Billy Hodge, General Manager of Four Fish Yacht Club & Marina.
The marina first opened in 1946 as Jackson’s Boat Works and later operated under several names, including Bailey Boat Company and Anchor’s Aweigh Marina, before becoming Four Fish Marina in 2007.
Integra Marinas acquired the property as part of its portfolio of coastal facilities across the United States. Founded in 2015, the company operates several marinas, including locations in Miami, Key West, Tampa, Aventura, Rhode Island and nearby Stuart.
