The People’s Committee of Son Tra Ward in Da Nang has approved a revised plan for a marina and real estate project in the area, with more green space and improved public access along the Han River.

According to a report by Đoàn Cường of Tuổi Trẻ, the project is led by Da Nang Marina Joint Stock Company. The site spans approximately 6.02 hectares, including 5.02 hectares of land and one hectare of leased water surface.

The riverside road will be widened from eight metres to 20 metres, with space for pavements, a carriageway, a cycle lane and a riverside walkway. To make space, the pavement along Le Van Duyet Street will be reduced from 12 metres to nine metres.

The building layout has been updated, including two high-rise blocks moved towards the centre and low-rise areas reorganised to match the revised plan.

The project received environmental approval and planning adjustments in 2017, but was suspended in 2019 for legal and environmental review following public concern. Construction later resumed in 2025 after further adjustments.
