Previously owned by Alliance Marine, Coles Point Marina & RV Resort includes 145 wet slips, full-service marina operations, an established RV resort with rental cottages, a waterfront restaurant, a private beach and an event venue. The property also allows for potential expansion, including additional RV facilities, marina services and other hospitality-related developments.

David Kendall, CCIM, and Josh Sheppard of SVN | Nautilus, in cooperation with Brent Miller of SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate, who acted as broker of record, represented the seller in the transaction.

Sheppard commented: “This transaction demonstrates the continued strength of the marina and outdoor hospitality sectors.”

Kendall added: “We continue to see robust interest in quality waterfront assets offering operational upside and diversification potential.”

The sale of Coles Point Marina & RV Resort follows the sale of Redfish Bay Boat House in Texas, which was acquired by Redfish Bay Marina, LLC, with David Kendall serving as the exclusive advisor alongside local broker SVN Dunn Commercial.
