Boat Lift has appointed Summit Marine Lift as its representative for the Northeastern United States, expanding its presence in one of North America’s most active boating and marina markets. Through the partnership, Summit Marine Lift will provide local sales, installation support, parts and after-sales service for Boat Lift’s marine handling equipment.

Boat Lift is a designer and manufacturer of marine lifting and handling equipment, serving marinas, boatyards, yacht clubs and marine service organisations worldwide. On the other side of the partnership, Summit Marine Lift is the marine division of Summit Handling Systems and supports customers in material handling, industrial equipment and fleet solutions.

According to Boat Lift, the company was selected for its background in equipment support and field service organisation across the Northeast, which gives customers access to technical assistance within the area. This support is designed to help minimise downtime that can disrupt marina and boatyard operations, haul-out schedules and customer projects during busy periods.

Summit Marine Lift will represent Boat Lift’s range of marine handling equipment, including travel lifts, self-propelled trailers, amphibious solutions and mobile dockside cranes.
