Gulf Superyacht Summit 2026: A new format for industry decision-makers

The Gulf Superyacht Summit returns to Dubai on 24–25 November 2026 with a new invitation-only format. Organised by SuperYacht Times with the support of Dubai Economy & Tourism, it will bring yacht owners, investors, CEOs and regional decision-makers together to examine investment opportunities, address owners’ priorities and build partnerships.

For its eighth edition, GSS is moving from a stage-led conference to a more focused gathering, with fewer participants and greater involvement. The central questions: where can the industry grow, what do owners need, and who can work together to make it happen?

What makes this edition different?

• The work starts before the Summit. SYT’s in-house consultancy team will interview industry leaders, investors and yacht owners in advance, shaping the programme around their priorities and the opportunities they see.

• Intelligence informs the discussion. SYT’s yacht, owner and industry data will provide an evidence base for conversations about market demand, regional capabilities and growth opportunities.

• Introductions have a purpose. Personal introductions and smaller, moderated workshops will help participants meet relevant people, exchange perspectives and explore potential partnerships.

• Contributions feed into conclusions. AI-assisted transcription and analysis will capture insights from the sessions. A closing leadership discussion will bring the findings together to identify priorities, opportunities for collaboration and practical next steps.

Two days of access, insight and involvement

Tuesday 24 November will combine interactive working sessions, leadership interviews and networking, followed by an exceptional dinner experience where conversations can continue beyond the formal programme.

Wednesday 25 November will feature conversations with yacht owners and selected visits to shipyards, marinas and specialist businesses, giving participants firsthand access to the region’s yachting capabilities.

“Our ambition is for every participant to help shape the future of yachting in the Gulf and globally and leave with insights and connections that matter to their business, their investments or their experience as an owner,” says Merijn de Waard, Founder of SuperYacht Times.

The Summit will take place in Dubai on 24–25 November 2026, with the venue to be announced soon. Delegates can also combine their visit with the Dubai International Boat Show, with a dedicated shuttle service provided from the Summit to the show.

Attendance is by invitation. Industry leaders, investors and yacht owners interested in contributing are invited to register their interest via this form.
