SVN Marinas has listed two marina properties in Maryland: Lighthouse Point Marina in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and Skipjack Cove Marina in Georgetown on the Sassafras River near the Upper Chesapeake Bay.

Lighthouse Point Marina is located within the Canton and Brewers Hill waterfront corridor in Baltimore. The marina recently underwent a reconstruction that included newly built floating dock infrastructure.
The marina has 356 wet slips designed for vessels between 35-70ft (nine to 21 metres) in length. It also includes exterior side ties that can berth yachts up to 300ft (91 metres). In total, the site provides about 20,685ft (6,305 metres) of composite floating dockage.
Dock facilities include 30, 50 and 100 amp shore power and dockside pump-out services. Waterfront commercial tenants also operate within the marina area.

The second property, Skipjack Cove Marina, is located on the Sassafras River with direct access to the Upper Chesapeake Bay. The marina covers about 15.69 acres of waterfront land and includes 359 covered and uncovered wet slips and 42 jet ski floats.
The marina also offers transient dockage for larger vessels. Facilities at the site include a 70-tonne travel lift, upland storage for about 200 vessels, and a fuel dock supplying gasoline and diesel.
