Developer partners PERIFA and Abadeen recently announced the celebration of Putney Wharf’s topping out, as the Sydney waterfront residential and marina precinct progresses towards completion.
Putney Wharf will include a private 36-berth marina for vessels measuring between 12 and 18 metres, along with dedicated parking for berth holders, a public drop-off and pick-up area, and waterfront dining venues.
Alongside the marina, the residential precinct will offer apartments, waterview terraces and the heritage-inspired Halvorsen’s residences, located on the former Lars Halvorsen & Sons boatyard. Landscaped rooftop areas and public foreshore spaces are also planned.
In separate social media posts, PERIFA and Abadeen thanked their project partners, consultants and stakeholders for their contribution to the project, including Phoenix Property Investors, Mitsubishi Estate Asia, SJB, SRM Residential and Versatile Construction.
