Suntex Marina Investors LLC has acquired Vintage Marina and Channel Islands Harbor Marina in Oxnard, California, adding more than 780 boat slips to its portfolio in Channel Islands Harbor. The marinas offer access to the Pacific Ocean and serve local recreational boaters.
The Channel Islands Harbor Marina has over 400 slips for vessels from 24-100ft (seven to 30 metres). The marina features concrete docks and modern gangways, offers docking assistance and is located near Harborview Park and Hollywood Beach.
The neighbouring Vintage Marina offers more than 380 slips for vessels between 25-100ft (eight to 30 metres). It is within walking distance of Hollywood Beach, local waterside dining venues and the weekly Farmer’s and Fisherman’s Markets, making it an active part of the harbour community.
Both marinas provide access to utilities, including electrical and water connections, and offer storage for smaller vessels.

The acquisition follows Suntex’s May 2025 purchase of Saguaro Lake Marina in Mesa, Arizona, completed through a joint venture.
