The development includes a 62-room Equinox Resort, 18 oceanfront villas, 18 upland villas and 35 Equinox-branded residences. The marina will provide 118 berths and accommodate yachts up to 240ft (73 metres) in length.

The resort is expected to feature the Equinox Club, dining options, The Spa by Equinox Hotels and retail facilities.

Port Nimara is developed by South West Harbour Inc., a joint venture of SF Investments Ltd., Time Equities Inc. and Antillean Developments Inc. The marina project is expected to receive its first vessels in 2027, with the Equinox Resort scheduled to open in 2029.
