Located on the southern coast of Gran Canaria, the Pasito Blanco Marina has been granted a 25-year extension of its public domain concession. The extension was approved by the Board of Directors of Puertos Canarios and allows for the continued construction and operation of the marina in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana.

Under the agreement, the company will pay an annual fee of more than $190,000 USD, which will be updated each year. The extension requires an investment of $3.9 million, representing 50.72 percent of the updated valuation of the initial $7.8 million investment. In addition, maintenance and replacement of existing facilities are valued at more than $900,000.

Pasito Blanco is located just two kilometres from Maspalomas Costa Canaria and Meloneras. Its southern position makes it a stop for sailors crossing the Canary Islands and connecting to the Mediterranean.

The marina currently offers 388 berths for boats between six and 40 metres in length. It also has 88 dry dock spaces for vessels up to seven metres and three tonnes. Facilities at Pasito Blanco Marina include a fuel station, a travelift with capacity for vessels up to 64 tonnes and 22 metres, a restaurant and beach club, a supermarket and 360 private parking spaces.
