Marina Port Valencia has begun the first phase of its redevelopment project, aimed to modernise the city’s waterfront, strengthen its role in the international yachting sector and build closer links with the urban community.

Started in September 2025, the project includes upgrading pontoons, constructing two new office and commercial buildings in Marina Norte and adding yachting-related services not previously available in Valencia.
The redevelopment is centred on four areas: berths for yachts between six and 130 metres in length, a refit and repair yard with a lifting capacity of up to 750 tonnes, a business quarter with offices, co-working spaces and commercial units, and a leisure and lifestyle area designed to welcome both residents and visitors.

The plans were presented at the Monaco Yacht Show from 24-27 September, where shipyards, brokers, designers and yacht owners were among those in attendance. Further updates will follow at the Barcelona International Boat Show in Port Vell, scheduled for 8-12 October.
