Marina Port de Mallorca has renewed its concession and started a new management cycle focused on sustainability and innovation. The marina, located on Palma’s Paseo Marítimo and managed by IPM Group, operates under the slogan “a marina that breathes green and lives blue”.

The marina plans to improve energy efficiency with solar panels on dock fingers and pergolas, solar paving and an aerothermal system. Water management initiatives include an on-site desalination plant and rainwater collection to move towards self-sufficiency.
Marine biodiversity is also a priority in the marina’s new approach. The facility will use oxygen nanobubbles to enhance water quality, Biohut nurseries to support young fish and real-time probes to monitor the ecosystem.
Patrick Reynés, CEO of IPM Group, said: “Marina Port de Mallorca was the group’s first marina, so we’ve grown together with our customers. This new chapter is really exciting because it means we can continue innovating without losing our intrinsic values: respect for the sea and the friendly service that defines us.”
The marina offers 200 berths for vessels from 12 to 50 metres, alongside security, freshwater and power supply, fuel and sewage services, dock-off support, concierge service and waste management. Its central location in Palma provides easy access to the city and STP Shipyard Palma, the Mediterranean’s largest superyacht refit and repair centre.
