St. Katharine Docks Marina is located on the River Thames, next to the Tower of London and within easy reach of central London landmarks. Opened in 1828, the docks consist of three basins and today offer 185 berths for vessels up to 40 metres, serving both visiting yachts and long-term berth holders.

St. Katharine Docks sits within a 23-acre waterfront area that includes residential, commercial, retail and hospitality uses. Restaurants and pubs line the dock edges, while marina services include waste disposal, concierge support, provisioning facilities and showers. The marina recently retained its 5 Gold Anchor accreditation for the third time.

The St. Katharine Docks estate is owned by City Developments Limited (CDL), a global real estate company with properties across 168 locations in 29 countries and regions. IGY Marinas operates marina destinations across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.

Steven English, chief executive officer of IGY Marinas, said: “St. Katharine Docks Marina is one of the most distinctive and prestigious urban marinas in the world. The renewal of this agreement reflects the strength of our partnership with CDL and our shared vision to deliver exceptional service, operational excellence and global brand visibility at a truly iconic yachting destination.”
