Kos Marina in Greece has installed a solar-powered digital totem developed by HapySity that provides information, supports advertising display, promotes investment-related content and produces renewable energy within a single smart infrastructure system.

Introduced at the Monaco Smart & Sustainable Marina Rendezvous in September 2025, the HapySity system operates through an interactive digital screen structure that delivers content for marina customers, yacht owners and visitors.
The totem provides information and updates on planned developments at Kos Marina, including waterfront improvements and the construction of a new leisure and hospitality complex. It is also designed to generate around 2,000 kWh of electricity annually, which can contribute to reduced energy consumption within the marina’s operations.
HapySity described the project as a pilot example that could be applied in other marina, hospitality and tourism settings, including hotels and resorts, where similar systems may support digital services alongside environmental responsibility.
Federico Brunelli, founder of HapySity, said he was pleased that the first HapySity project had been deployed in Greece. He noted that discussions with Antonis Drosos in Monte Carlo in September 2025 led to cooperation, resulting in the installation of the first HapySity totem at the marina in May 2026, placed in front of the headquarters ahead of the high season. He added that the system is now fully operational and thanked Drosos and Kos Marina for their trust in the project.
