Bowline Capital has expanded its presence in the United States with the acquisition of Dauphin Island Marina in Alabama, taking its portfolio to 11 locations and extending its reach into the Gulf Coast boating and fishing market.

The marina is on Dauphin Island at the entrance to Mobile Bay and provides access to the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. It has 240 wet and dry slips, along with fuel services, maintenance, boat rentals and a restaurant.
Bowline Capital plans to renovate the docks and seawall and increase the number of slips, with total capacity expected to nearly double.
The acquisition follows Bowline Capital’s purchase of Lake Murray Marina in February 2026. The company also operates marinas in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina.
