Lake Murray Marina offers 260 wet slips, a full-service restaurant and a boat club, and provides access to Lake Murray, one of the most popular inland lakes in the region.

The deal represents the firm’s second marina on Lake Murray and its tenth marina overall. Following the acquisition, Bowline Capital plans to upgrade the marina’s docks and fuelling stations.

The transaction was facilitated by Marina Brokerage Advisors, with Kyle Peterson and George Waidelich advising on the sale.

Waidelich said: “We congratulate the buyer on this exceptional acquisition. The transaction underscores the sustained demand for high-quality marina assets.”

Ethan King, founder and managing partner of Bowline Capital, commented: “This marks our 10th marina acquisition and our third on Lake Murray, where we recently completed a brand-new dry stack, reflecting our strong conviction in the lake’s long-term dynamics.”

Bowline Capital owns and operates marinas across South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and North Carolina. In December 2025, the company acquired Northwest Creek Marina in New Bern.
