Opening in 2027, Wynn Marina will add a circular superyacht harbour to Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, designed to create a direct waterfront gateway to the resort and expand its appeal as a coastal destination.

Wynn Marina lies about 80 kilometres from Dubai International Airport and will connect yacht arrivals to Wynn Al Marjan Island, giving guests access to more than 1,500 rooms and suites, dining and entertainment venues, wellness facilities, pools, shops and event spaces.
“Wynn Marina has been conceived as a direct extension of Wynn Al Marjan Island. It brings together the specialist infrastructure required by modern superyachts with the service and hospitality that define Wynn. From arrival and berthing to provisioning, concierge support and access to the resort, every element has been considered to make the transition between life on the water and the resort feel effortless,” said Max Tappeiner, president of Wynn Al Marjan Island.

The marina is expected to rank among the UAE’s largest resort-attached marinas and offer 98 wet berths for vessels up to 85 metres long in a five-metre-deep circular basin designed for wider fairways and easier navigation. A 197-metre pontoon will lead to the Capitainerie, the marina’s arrival and operations hub, where guests can complete passport processing and arrange vessel-side check-in. Captains and crew will have changing rooms, showers and welfare facilities, plus provisioning support and specialist service vessels for arrivals and departures.
Marina Solutions International designed Wynn Marina, Dewan Architects + Engineers designed the Capitainerie and IGY Marinas will manage operations once the marina opens in 2027.
