Vision Marine Technologies Inc. has announced a commercial lease and purchase option for the Anglers Avenue Marine Center in Dania Beach, Florida, with plans to expand slips, storage and service facilities.

Located in Fort Lauderdale, the 10-acre marina supports rigging, parts, storage, logistics, maintenance and on-water demonstrations. The lease allows Vision Marine to continue operations at the property through its Nautical Ventures division, which manages boat sales and storage.
The lease includes a contractual purchase option, allowing the company to acquire the property in the future, and a Right of First Refusal, which gives the company the first opportunity to match any third-party offer.
Vision Marine plans to expand the marina from its current 109 slips to a combined wet-and-dry-slip capacity of around 300 vessels. The company also plans to offer E-Motion™ electric-boat products at the location, which accounts for about three to five percent of Nautical Ventures’ annual sales. A showroom on the water is also included in the development plans.
Alexandre Mongeon, co-founder and CEO of Vision Marine stated: “Securing a multi-year lease and purchase option for the marina is a pivotal step toward building a truly vertically integrated marine dealership business with expanded services. By elevating our service capacity at this prime location, we will be able to offer customers a more modern, automotive-style retail and service experience.”
