TidePoint Marina Collection, a Conca Capital company, has expanded its marina portfolio with the acquisition of Morgan Marina in Parlin, New Jersey. The company plans to make improvements at the facility to support future boating needs as it continues to grow its presence in the US marina sector.
Rebranded as Jersey Yacht Center, the marina offers 210 wet slips and 500 dry storage spaces, alongside year-round storage options, boat service, haul and launch services, a ship’s store, and fuel services.
Michael Smith, director of asset management for TidePoint Marina Collection, shared that the transaction closed on Tuesday, 14 July 2026. The company plans to make improvements at the property to accommodate and service larger modern vessels, which it believes represent the future of Northeast coastal boating.
TidePoint Marina Collection operates under Conca Capital, a real estate investment manager focused on marina and industrial outdoor storage assets across the US. Its portfolio also includes Bonita Shores Marina & Park Housing on Possum Kingdom Lake in Graford, Texas, offering wet slips, tiny home lots, a ship’s store, fuel and boat rentals.
