Sherpa Property Group has made progress at its luxury residential project, Perspective Helm, with the completion of private marina berths exclusive to residents.

Situated on a 57-metre, north-facing stretch of riverfront at Chevron Island, the newly delivered marina includes eight secure berths designed for vessels up to 18-metres in length. The marina’s location on the edge of the 6-knot zone provides residents with immediate access to the Broadwater and open ocean, combining lifestyle, functionality and exclusivity.

Perspective Helm is among a limited number of residential projects in South East Queensland to offer direct marine access. According to Sherpa’s founder, Christie Leet, the marina reflects shifting buyer preferences towards low-maintenance, waterfront living with premium lifestyle features.
“There’s definitely growing interest from buyers who want a waterfront lifestyle without the upkeep of a larger property. Having private berths on site just makes it that much easier for residents to enjoy the water whenever they like,” Leet stated.

The $100 million AUD development includes ten luxury residences, four waterfront villas, four river homes and two two-level penthouses, as well as a wellness centre. Select homes also feature private pools, pizza ovens and firepits, which are designed to enhance daily comfort.
Construction of the project is underway, with completion expected by October 2025.

Sherpa is a privately held development firm based on the Gold Coast. The property group has operated for more than 30 years and holds a pipeline valued at over $300 million. Its focus remains on residential projects that reflect both location and lifestyle considerations.
