The Saudi Red Sea Authority (SRSA) has issued a maritime tourism agent license to the Maritime Solutions Company in Jeddah. The step aims to strengthen marina operations and regulate coastal tourism along the Red Sea.

The license enables the company to offer services to marine vessels such as yachts and cruise ships, supporting their logistical and operational needs within the Saudi Red Sea jurisdiction. SRSA’s mandate includes overseeing coastal tourism activities, granting necessary permits, identifying infrastructure needs, attracting investment and ensuring marine environmental sustainability.
To date, more than 35 licenses have been issued by SRSA, covering maritime tourism agents, marina operators and yacht charter providers. The initiative is part of a broader effort to develop a regulated maritime sector that contributes to the Kingdom’s long-term tourism goals.
The licensing aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to position the Red Sea as an international destination and to diversify the national economy.
